Collection and delivery
Where can I collect my order?

Which days are unavailable?
Sundays and Mondays are normally unavailable through the booking system. Please contact us anyway, as occasional exceptions may be possible.

How many people does each platter serve?

Allergens and dietary requirements
Is allergen information available?
Yes. Allergen information is available for every product.
Can you accommodate severe allergies?
The kitchen handles multiple allergens and cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your requirements can be safely accommodated.
Event catering
What is the minimum number of guests?
20 guests.
What does event catering cost?
Prices start from £15 per person. Final quotes depend on the chosen menu, guest numbers, location and setup requirements.
What events do you cater for?
Weddings, private celebrations and corporate events.

Cancellations and amendments
How do cancellations work?
Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the chosen date and remain subject to availability. Because products are fresh, perishable and made specifically for each order, cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice are non refundable, subject to statutory rights where an order is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
